Our Mission
Bendel Youth Empowerment Program is designated by the New York State Department of Health to provide Home and Community Based Services. These services are for children/youths, 0-21 years of age who are determined medically eligible to receive services and are eligible for Medicaid.

Bendel provides HCBS services in the homes and communities where children/youth/family live and meet their everyday needs.
