Bendel Youth Empowerment Program provides rehabilitative services under the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) of New York State Department of Health (DOH). We also certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH, to provide Home and Community Based Services - Waiver. These services are for children/yo
Bendel Youth Empowerment Program provides rehabilitative services under the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) of New York State Department of Health (DOH). We also certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH, to provide Home and Community Based Services - Waiver. These services are for children/youths, 0-21 years of age who are determined medically eligible to receive services and are eligible for Medicaid.

Our mission is to build capacities and empower children/youths experiencing psychiatric, emotional, social developmental or substance use and their families to maximize their natural potentials and live fuller lives. Bendel provides the CTFSS and Waiver services in the homes and communities where children/youth/family live and meet their everyday needs.
